CROSS PLATFORM MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT

Learn to build mobile apps targeting multiple platforms with a single codebase

Cross platform or hybrid apps combine the best of both worlds. They can be built in one source code, can be released across platforms, and development time and effort is significantly less as compared to that of native apps. They are easier to maintain and it is relatively simple to make frequent changes to your app. That’s why most banks, news, media and content delivery platforms go for a hybrid approach.

Hybrid apps are developed using HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and then wrapped in a native application using different platforms. This class is for people that are already familiar with JavaScript (perhaps even people with some web experience), but wish to take their first steps in cross platform mobile application development.
